Plans and quotas
The plans available in GuruSup Brain, what each includes, how seats work and where to see your usage.
Every organization that signs up starts on the Free plan. Amounts are in euros. Prices exclude VAT. For the current details of your own plan, open Billing in the app. To compare and change plans, open Plans from there.

On the Plans page, Team is marked Recommended. Enterprise is not sold in the app: its button opens an email to talk to the team.
Seats are shared by members and agent accounts. Each one takes a seat.
How seats work
On the Team page the header shows how many seats are used, for example "1 / 3 licensed seats". Active members, agent accounts and pending invitations each take a seat. Removing a member or cancelling an invitation frees it.
When every seat is taken, clicking Invite opens a dialog titled Bring your whole team in. It says how many seats you use and offers Upgrade or Not now. Upgrade opens the Plans page. Send invite stays off until a seat is free.
Changing plan
Admins change plan from Billing with View all plans or Upgrade now.

| Upgrade | You pay with Stripe. Brain says "This starts a new monthly period with the plan's full usage. The full monthly price is charged; unused time and usage from the current plan are not credited." |
| Downgrade | Choose Switch to the plan or Cancel subscription. If you have more people than the new plan has seats, Brain asks which seats to keep. |
| Pending change | Billing shows that a plan change is scheduled for a date, or that it is waiting for confirmation. Your current plan stays active until then. |
Usage

| Monthly usage | Set by your plan. It renews every month and does not roll over. |
| Extra usage | If your organization has extra usage on top of its plan, the Usage page shows it as Extra balance. Brain spends the monthly amount first. |

| What is not metered | Asking questions through an assistant. |
| How it is charged | A document is learned whole or not at all. |
