Organization settings
Rename your organization and find the other admin pages for people, usage and billing.
Settings is the last item in the Organization group of the sidebar. It holds the name of your organization and a read-only Data residency card. The other pages in the group are separate: Team, Usage and Billing.
Only admins see these pages. A member who opens the address is sent back to Overview.
Rename the organization
Open Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar, under Organization. The page is titled Settings with the line "Configuration for the organization."
Edit the name
Change the text in Organization. It is required and can be up to 240 characters. Save stays off until the name is different from the current one and not empty.
Save
Click Save. The button reads "Saving…" for a moment, then Brain confirms the rename under the field.
The line under the field reads "Renaming also updates the name your team signs in to." The new name shows under your name at the bottom of the sidebar, and your team sees it when they sign in.
Spaces at the start and end are removed. Saving the same name again changes nothing.
If the rename fails

| A message saying a name is required | The name was empty. Type a name. |
| Any other error | Try again in a minute, and contact support if it keeps failing. |

Your own name, avatar and Brain contact are not organization settings. They live on your Account page.
